Because our suits and tuxedos are made specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold, our return policy differs from standard retail.

• Initial Fitting:

  • If your garment does not meet the agreed-upon specifications (fabric, style, construction), we will remake the item free of charge.

• Fit Guarantee:

  • We guarantee the fit based on the measurements taken at your fitting. If the garment does not fit according to those measurements due to our error, alterations are complimentary.

• Complimentary Alterations:

  • Available within 30 days of receipt for fit issues stemming from measurement errors on our part Includes: sleeve length adjustments, waist suppression/expansion, pant hemming (if not done correctly to specification)

• Customer Responsibility:

  • Clients are responsible for alteration costs if: Weight fluctuation occurs after measurement Measurements were taken by a third party (not our staff) Fit preferences change after production begins Garments were ordered without an in-person fitting Local

• Alteration Credit:

  • ​If you're outside Auburn and require adjustments, we will reimburse up to $50 in alteration costs at a reputable local tailor (with receipt) for any fit issues resulting from our measurement error.

• Remakes:

  • ​If multiple adjustments cannot achieve proper fit, we will remake the garment using updated measurements.

• Fabric Limitations:

  • Some fabrics cannot be altered extensively (e.g., certain formal fabrics with patterns that cannot be matched after cutting).

• Before Production Begins:

  • Full refund available if cancelled within 48 hours of order 50% refund if cancelled after 48 hours but before cutting (typically within 5-7 days)

• During Production:

  • No refunds once fabric has been cut and production begins (typically 5-7 days after order) Store credit may be issued at our discretion for extenuating circumstances

• After Delivery:

  • ​No cash refunds on custom-made items Store credit available if garment defects cannot be remedied through alterations or remakes Tuxedo rentals follow separate rental agreement terms

• Defects in materials or workmanship discovered within 90 days will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This does not cover normal wear and tear.
